The Cultivation Foundation funds and operates C.U.L.T. Life — a free educational platform built in five tiers, from a three-year-old who cannot read yet to an adult who was failed the first time. No advertising. No subscription. No paid version to upgrade to. No data collected on any child.

Two tiers are written and cannot be opened.
C.U.L.T. Teens and C.U.L.T. Adult have the curriculum on the page. What they do not have is the machinery that makes C.U.L.T. Kids work: the missions, the hands-on labs, and the close-out exams a learner cannot skip past. That engine exists, it is proven on the Kids tier, and it has never been run up a tier.
That is what support buys. Not a concept, not a pilot, not development capital for something that might exist one day — the finishing of work already written, plus narration for children who cannot yet read, and putting what is already built in front of families and providers who cannot pay for anything.
The Foundation carries the operating cost so that no family ever has to. That is the whole structure, and it is the reason the promise does not depend on anyone's goodwill — including ours.
