Get information into the hands of those not fortunate enough to have access to it.

The Cultivation Foundation exists to keep the C.U.L.T. Life educational platform free forever for every child and family, regardless of economic means.

What we fund

A free educational platform for children and families — funded, not sold.

C.U.L.T. Life (Cultivating Underdeveloped Leaders Today) is an educational platform serving children ages 3 through adult through age-tiered universes: Sparks (ages 3–6), Chispas (Spanish-first ages 3–6), Kids (ages 7–12), Teens (ages 13–17), and Adult (18+). Every tier is free forever for every family. No subscription. No ads. No paywalls. No trial that converts.

The Cultivation Foundation is the funding vehicle that makes that promise structurally durable. Where the platform serves the child, the Foundation ensures the platform never has to choose between the child and a revenue model.

Our mission spine — get information into the hands of those not fortunate enough to have access to it — is not a slogan. It is the operating principle that shapes every grant we make, every program we support, and every decision our board takes.

Structure

Governed by three. Two officers, one independent director.

The Foundation is governed by a three-member board of directors. Two seats are held by the founders. The third seat is held by an Independent Director with no financial relationship to the founders — a deliberate structural choice, required by IRS guidance for public charities and honored here as a permanent governance principle.

All board decisions require quorum. All financial decisions above a threshold documented in our bylaws require the Independent Director's affirmative vote. This is not a compliance formality; it is how the Foundation stays honest.
